This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Pumpkin LLC (“Blue Pumpkin,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit mybluepumpkin.com, www.mybluepumpkin.com and their pages (the “Site”) or contact us.
Scope. This policy covers the public Site and messages you send us. Information we handle while doing work for a client is governed by our written agreement with that client.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Our contact form asks for the outcome you need, an optional deadline, your name, your work email and, optionally, your company. When you submit it, the form sends that information to us as an email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services. We don’t store submissions on the Site itself. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like most hosts, Microsoft may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The Site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
The Site doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn’t build profiles of visitors.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about a possible project;
- To operate, secure and improve the Site; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run the Site and our email, including Microsoft (website hosting, contact-form delivery and email) and Google (fonts), which process information on our behalf or as described above;
- when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Blue Pumpkin or others; and
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
4. How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal reasons. After that, we delete them or remove identifying details.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email hello@mybluepumpkin.com. We’ll respond as required by law. You can always choose not to contact us through the Site.
6. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites and services we don’t control. Their own privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their practices.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International visitors
Blue Pumpkin is based in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after an update takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
